Bye-Election: Appeal Court Refuses To Set Aside Judgment On PDP’s Jarigbe Agom | Plus TV Africa

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has refused to set aside its own judgment which affirmed the declaration of Jarigbe Agom as the duly elected candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the Cross River North Senatorial bye-election.
