Buhari, Gbajabiamila condole with Sunny Ade on wife’s death

President Muhammadu Buhari and House of Representatives Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila have commiserated with Juju music maestro, King Sunny Ade (KSA), on the death of his wife, Risikat Adegeye.
Mrs. Adegeye was a member of the Sixth Lagos State House of Assembly.
The President condoled with the Lagos State Government, House of Assembly, friends and political associates, urging them to trust in God “at this very difficult time.”
He prayed that the Almighty God would comfort her husband, family and loved ones, while granting her soul eternal rest.

Gbajabiamila described the late Mrs. Adegeye as a committed and a patriotic Nigerian who gave her best to the country.
He said her efforts while on earth would not go in vain and prayed for the repose of her soul.
In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Lanre Lasisi, the Speaker said it was ironic that the woman died just a day to the 75th birthday of her husband.
